Through a guided meditation and a three-prompt journaling sequence, you’ll uncover the hidden lens through which you see yourself. Rather than trying to become someone different, you’ll be invited into a new relationship with the parts of yourself you’ve been resisting.

By the end of the session, you may find those judgments beginning to soften—not because you’ve changed who you are, but because you’ve changed the way you relate to yourself.
