Mae Yoshikawa is a speaker, author, and creator of the Kizuki Journaling MAE Y method™, an approach that distills years of lived wisdom into a clear, practical path for self-awareness and emotional clarity.Born and raised in Japan with a quarter-American heritage, Mae brings a multicultural lens to everything she creates. A pioneer in wellness, she began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2001 and later became the first Japanese woman authorized by its founding school in South India.Her life has been shaped by profound experiences, including the loss of her mother, the sudden passing of her husband, and her journey raising two sons.
