Kizuki Journaling by MAE Y (Live on Zoom)
Kizuki Journaling Sessions are live guided journaling experiences designed to help you slow down, notice what you’ve been unable to see, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Kizuki is a Japanese word that describes a moment of awareness or insight—an “I never saw it that way before” realization that gently shifts how you see yourself and your life.
In each session, we explore a different theme through a carefully sequenced process of reflection and writing. The upcoming session is The Judging Lens, an invitation to notice the quiet assumptions through which you see yourself and the world.
Join the next session. Your Account Page (log-in required) includes the live session link and unlimited on-demand access to the recording.
What happens in a session?
Each session includes:
- A short grounding to settle the body and mind
- A guided reflection to open the theme
- Three intentional journaling prompts, offered one by one
- A safe space to share, if you wish
- A closing integration to help the insight land
Sessions are gentle, focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
These sessions may resonate with you if:
- You journal regularly but long for deeper insight
- You feel “mostly fine,” yet sense something unresolved beneath the surface
- You want clarity without pushing, fixing, or analyzing yourself
- You value depth, nuance, and emotional honesty
No prior journaling experience is required.
